VERBS
Verbs show an action or a state of being. Some verbs are formed using the verb “to be” these verbs are often called helping or auxiliary verbs they do not show action. For example, is, are and was are helping verbs.
Verbs as Action Words kick, wipe, eat, watch, talk, clap, sing, dance, run
Here are some examples:
Tim can dance. Mother likes to sew. We watch television every night. |
